Therapeutic gymnastics

Takes place under the guidance of a physiotherapist and trainer.

TUESDAY 9:00 and THURSDAY 9:00. Intermediate intensity therapeutic exercise. Led by a physiotherapist.

Morning group therapeutic exercise is low and medium intensity under the guidance of a physiotherapist. The classes strengthen deep muscles, improve joint range of motion and coordination, and improve physical fitness.
The intensity of the exercises is adapted to the physical fitness and health condition of the gymnasts.
Therapeutic exercise is required:
alleviation of back pain problems (traumatic, degenerative), cardiovascular diseases, bone/joint diseases, respiratory diseases, prenatal and postnatal, posture correction, pre- and post-operative periods, etc.
Exercise suitable for office workers, monotonous workers, drivers, factory workers, etc., people starting to exercise again, people who need regular therapeutic exercise.

The goal of therapeutic gymnastics is

to reduce the patient's dysfunction and pain by returning them to their normal environment. During the lesson strengthens the deep muscles, includes stretching, coordination, balance exercises, as well as exercises for the neck and back.

Therapeutic exercises

Therapeutic exercise is suitable:
   Office people, as well as those - who inevitably have to do various forced postures, which upset the balance between muscles;

High-intensity exercise for fitness, endurance, cardio, strength and stretching. Includes exercises from PILATES STRONG, stretches deep muscles, abs, back, shoulders. Includes therapeutic gymnastics exercises - back, shoulders, springs, legs. Includes TRX exercises for strength.
More intense than morning exercise.

High Intensity Training FRIDAY 17:00

High-intensity exercise class, suitable for people with good physical fitness. But other gymnasts can also join the group, doing exercises according to their well-being and stamina. This exercise class is designed for men, but women with good physical fitness can join.
The classes are organised as circuit training or as sports classes with exercises of different intensity.
The class uses body weights and equipment - TRX, weights, elastic bands, ropes, fillers, etc. The class combines functional strength and high intensity cardio exercises.

The class is designed for functional trainers, regular gymnasts and those with previous physical training.

Postural correction exercises for children, schoolchildren, young people

Therapeutic exercise for posture correction is designed to reduce and prevent various body deformities (back, legs, posture, etc.), with the aim of reducing their progression. Posture correction is best carried out in childhood, in school-age children.

The lesson uses body weight and equipment - TRX, weights, rubbers, ropes, balloons, etc. The lesson combines functional strength and intense cardio exercises.

Training is planned

Posture correction exercises improve body symmetry, coordination, balance, strengthen deep muscles, reduce bone deformities, strengthen muscles, improve posture and well-being.
The exercise is of medium intensity, led by physiotherapist Liene. It will strengthen the deep muscles, improve posture and coordination.

Individual training with trainer or physiotherapist

a type of high-intensity workout that is not only very effective in burning calories and improving physical fitness. Training combines short high-intensity training periods and short low-intensity or rest periods - a combination of intensive and rest intervals.

 - For athletes, enthusiasts, active lifestyle enthusiasts and any gymnast who wants to keep fit.
   - Because the trainer will create a special training programme just for that person, to achieve the set goals, desires, intentions.
   - For athletes / gymnasts who want to exercise individually.
Each workout is different in terms of intensity and exercise package, designed for a specific person and a specific goal.
Individual training is suitable for athletes before the start of the sports season, during the competition season, after the competition season, after injuries and surgeries to help them return to sport.
Particularly suitable for athletes in the post-injury period when they need to return to training and active sport, but need a tailored approach to the individual athlete and their sport to return to sport as quickly as possible. The advantage of having a physiotherapist leading the training is that it is therapy and training at the same time.
Individual training is suitable for high-intensity exercisers who want to exercise individually. The workouts improve physical well-being, health and stamina.
